摘 要:中药组分研究是目前中药相关研究的热点,现在主要集中于两个方向:一是以原方的功效主治为基础,筛选能够体现原方性质的配伍组分,即组分中药;二是在原方化学成分群的基础上进行有序组合,筛选具有潜在临床疗效的新药物模式,即新的天然药物。本文通过回顾总结中药组分研究中的主要内容,并对多元化发展中的组分中药进行梳理分析,探讨中药组分与组分中药的研究模式,以期发掘具有一定价值的观点,为中药的深入研究提供参考。As traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) components have become a hotspot in the field of TCM study, there are two directions toward TCM components: based on original functions and indications screening for TCM components which could reflect the property of the original party compatibility; the second is to escape the original chemical composition based on a sequential combination to screen new drugs with potential clinical efficacy, called new natural medicine. This paper reviewed the relevant field study of TCM components and multi-component of TCM in order to explore their research patterns. The paper gave a certain value point in view of TCM components research and provided references for in-depth research of TCM.
