针刺加中药对多囊卵巢综合征卵泡发育情况及临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:临床观察针刺联合中药对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果及其对卵泡发育的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者114例,随机分针药组和西药组,各57例。针药组患者口服中药补肾活血促卵方同时加针刺治疗,西药组患者口服避孕药联合促排卵药氯米芬。治疗后,应用阴道彩超检查卵泡数量与大小。停药后随访6个月,观察患者的妊娠情况。结果:治疗后,针药组的治疗有效率为85.96%,显著高于西药组71.93%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的卵泡数量均显著减少,卵巢体积显著增加,最大卵泡直径也显著增加(P<0.05),但两组组间比较并无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,针药组妊娠率83.69%,显著高于西药组妊娠率70.21%(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合中药治疗可有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征,还可通过改善患者卵泡发育,提高患者妊娠率。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of acupuncture in combination with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） and follicular development. Methods During January 2016 to January 2017,114 subjects with POS enrolled in our hospital, were randomized into two groups of 57 each, which were treated with acupuncture plus a TCM remedy, Bu Shen Huo Xue Cu Luan decoction, and chemical drugs i.e. clomiphene plus contraceptive, respectively. Follicles in number and size were detected with transvaginal color Doppler sonography.Patients＇ pregnancy was recorded by 6-month follow-up. Results Acupuncture plus TCM resulted in curative rate85.96%, significantly higher than that of chemical drugs（71.93%, X2=4.184, P〈0.05）. In comparison to pre-treatment,follicles significantly dropped in number, while increased in size and the maximal diameter in both groups（all P〈0.05）.However, no significant difference existed between（P〉0.05）. In addition, acupuncture coupled with TCM exerted a higher pregnancy rate, than that of chemical drugs（83.69% vs 70.21%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus TCM was likely to be a superior therapy against PCOS, and potential to improve short-term pregnancy via promoting follicular development.
