摘 要:近年来,大数以其蕴含的丰富价值,得到了学术界和企业界的广泛关注.对大数据进行管理利用并构建大数据服务,是挖掘大数据价值的关键途径.本文从地震信息化工作即将进入大数据时代的角度出发,以大数据(Big Data)、物联网(Internet of Things)、云计算(Cloud Computing)等前沿技术在地震监测及预警领域信息化工作的应用作为研究对象,深入研究了各种技术对推动地震信息化产生的影响及应用方案,提出了包括地震物联网、地震云计算平台、一体化显示等内容,探讨了相关的技术路线、框架体系、应用模式等.针对当前地震数字化观测存在的监测数据传输和震后应急调度支撑不足的问题.研究将新型传感物联网技术应用在地震监测区域,结合云计算技术提高地震大数据的实时处理与应急调度能力,设计了一套基于物联网与云计算架构为核心的地震大数据应急调度平台的解决方案.详细介绍了平台的功能架构及技术实现.系统搭建于宁夏电子政务公共云平台上,该体系架构节约了传统海量大数据处理所需的昂贵基础设施投入和维护成本;另一方面,基于云计算的大数据存储、管理与分析等技术,为快速构建大数据服务提供了技术支撑.实验结果表明,平台在数据传输及应急调度方面效率很高,平台体系架构得到初步应用,以期为地震应急提供决策依据.In recent years,large numbers of its rich value have attracted wide attention from both academic and business circles.The management of large data,the use and construction of large data services,is a key way to tap the value of big data. This article from the earthquake information angle is about to enter the era of big data,with big data( Big Data),networking( Internet of Things),cloud computing( Cloud Computing) and other cutting-edge technology in the application of informatization work of earthquake monitoring and early warning area as the research object,in-depth study of various techniques for promoting earthquake information the proposed scheme and application,including seismic networking,earthquake cloud computing platform,integrated display and other content,discusses the technical route and key technology,system framework,application mode. In view of the lack of support for monitoring data transmission and earthquake emergency dispatching in digital observation of earthquake at present. The new sensor networking technology used in the seismic monitoring area and calculation technology to improve real-time processing ability and emergency dispatch earthquake data with cloud,research and put forward the solutions of earthquake emergency dispatching data platform based on a set of networking and cloud computing architecture as the core. The function design and technical realization of the platform are introduced in detail. The system is built on the Ningxia E-government public cloud platform, the traditional architecture saves the massive data processing required expensive infrastructure investment and maintenance costs; on the other hand,cloud computing,big data storage,management and analysis based on the technology for rapid construction of large data provides technical support services.
