摘  要:目的优化毛花猕猴桃根三萜超声提取工艺。方法以总三萜含量为考察指标,以超声提取的料液比、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用单因素试验和正交试验法,优化毛花猕猴桃根三萜的提取工艺。结果各因素的影响依次为超声提取时间>提取次数>料液比。提取工艺的最佳条件:95%乙醇超声提取30min,提取3次,料液比为1∶20。在此最佳提取条件下,毛花猕猴桃根总三萜含量为1.19±0.08%。结论毛花猕猴桃根三萜超声提取工艺稳定、可行,为其资源开发利用提供依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total triterpenoids from the root of Actinidia eriantha Benth. METHODS Orthogonal test was used to optimize the effects of processing parameters in- cluding ratio of material to solvent, ultrasonic extraction time and extraction times on the total triterpenoid yield. RESULTS The factor of extraction time represented as the most significant parameter for the process, followed by extraction times and ratio of material to solvent. The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 30 min, extraction times 3 and ratio of material to solvent 1 : 20. Under this condition, the content of the total triterpenoids was 1.19 ±0. 08%. CONCLUSION The ultrasonic extraction technology for total triterpenoids from the root of Actinidia eriantha Benth. was stable and feasible, thus providing some basis for the development and utilization of the root A. eriantha.
