皮肤针结合体针在治疗多发性神经病上的应用

摘　　要：目的:系统总结胡幼平教授临床诊治多发性神经病的经验及临床思维,验证体针及皮肤针结合的治疗方法在该病应用上的疗效,从而为中医诊治该病提供临床思路及有效的治疗手段。方法:通过门诊跟师学习,详细记录并及时总结患者的诊治经过,向胡幼平教授请教及探讨。结果:总结出胡幼平教授采用体针结合皮肤针诊治多发性神经病的经验。结论:在中医脏腑经络辨证的基础上,采用体针结合皮肤针的方法治疗多发性神经病疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience and thinking of Professor HU in the treatment of polyneuropathy systemically. Meanwhile,verifying the clinic curative effect of the therapies which dermal needle combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of the polyneuropathy. Methods： Through learned from Professor HU,and discussed the clinical effect of polyneuropathy by the therapies of dermal needle combined with body acupuncture with Professor HU. At the same time,recording and summarizing the progress of diagnosis and treatment in details. Results： Professor HU＇s clinical experience in treating polyneuropathy was summarized. Conclusion： It＇s work well which the therapies of dermal needle combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of the polyneuropathy on the basis of viscera and channels,so it＇s worth promoting in the clinic work.
