银蒲红酱汤熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后合并糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药银蒲红酱汤熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后合并糖尿病的疗效。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年3月于我院治疗的60例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。两组患者在基本治疗方案上,对照组予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗及坐浴,研究组予经验方银蒲红酱汤熏洗及坐浴,每次熏洗及坐浴15~30分钟,每天至少1次。比较两组患者的疾病疗效评价、术后肛门疼痛程度、术后创面渗液、术后创面愈合等情况。结果:研究组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者肛门疼痛评分比较,研究组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且创面渗液消失和创面愈合时间中,研究组均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿合并糖尿病的患者,术后予中药银蒲红酱汤熏洗治疗,可提高疗效、缓解疼痛、减少渗液,促进创面愈合。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of using Yinpu Hongjiang Decoction fumigation in the treatment of postoperative perianal abscess in patients with diabetes. Methods： Sixty patients with diabetes and postoperative perianal abscess in our hospital during the period of March 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled and divided into treatment group（ n = 30） and controlled group（ n = 30） randomly. The controlled group was treated with conventional Potassium Permanganate after fumigation and bath,the treatment group was treated with Yinpu Hongjiang Decoction fumigation and bath on a basic regimen,15 ~ 30 min every time,at least once a day; The treatment utcome of the two groups were evaluated based on the degrees of disease efficacy,improvement in anal pain,wound exudate＇s disappearance time,wound healing time. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3%,higher than the controlled group（ 73. 3%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）; The treatment group VAS pain score was lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）; The time of wound exudate s＇ disappearance and wound healing was shorter than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment method of fumigation treatment by prescription of Yinpu Hongjiang Decoction on postoperative perianal abscess in patients with diabetes can improve the curative effect,relieve pain,reduce exudate,and promote wound healing.
