荆防汤联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎的有效性与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:观察荆防汤联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎的有效性与安全性。方法:以我院在2016年1月至12月间收治的100例面部过敏性皮炎患者作为研究对象。回顾性分析其临床治疗资料,分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=52)。对照组患者使用LED红、黄光照射治疗,而观察组患者联合使用LED红、黄光照射与荆防汤进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:(1)治疗前,两组患者角质层屏障功能(皮脂含量、水合度、PH)、皮肤症状评分(鳞屑指数、发热指数、瘙痒程度、颜色指数)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+)、血清学指标(EOS、IgE)无明显差别(P>0.05),而在治疗后,观察组PH、皮肤症状评分、CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、CD_4^+、EOS、Ig E水平明显低于对照组,而皮脂含量、水合度、CD8+水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(92.31%VS 72.92%,P<0.05),且两组间不良反应发生无明显差异性(5.77%VS6.25%,P>0.05)。结论:荆防汤联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎,能明显改善患者皮肤症状,疗效显著,安全可靠。因此,该方法值得在临床上推荐。Objective： To study on the efficiency and safety of Jingfang Decoction combined with LED red light and yellow light in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis. Methods： 100 patients with facial allergic dermatitis were treated in our hospital.They were considered as study objects and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into observation group（ n= 52） and controlled group（ n= 48）. The patients were treated with LED red light and yellow light combined with Jingfang Decoction in the observation group,while the patients were treated with LED red light and yellow light in the controlled group. The treatment effects were observed and compared. Results：（ 1） Before treatment,it was not significantly different between these two groups about the stratum corneum barrier function（ sebum content,hydration degree,PH）,skin symptom score（ scale index,fever index,pruritus degree,color index）,subsets level of T lymphocyte（ CD_3~＋,CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋,CD_8~＋,CD_4~＋）,serum markers（ EOS,IgE）（ P0. 05）,but after treatment,the index in the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group including PH,skin symptom score and the level of CD_3~＋,CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋,CD_4~＋,EOS and IgE（ P0. 05）,while sebum content,hydration degree and the level of CD8＋were significantly higher in the observation group than the controlled group（ P 0. 05）.（ 2） The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the controlled group（ 92. 31% vs 72. 92%,P0. 05）. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment about safety index（ 5. 77% VS 6. 25%,P0. 05）. Conclusion： Jingfang Decoction combined with LED red light and yellow light are used in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis. It can improve the skin symptoms,with obvious curative effect. Moreover,it is safe and reliable. Therefore,this method is recommended in clinical.
