中医辨证施护结合西医常规护理在股骨头坏死患者行髋关节置换术后中的应用

摘　　要：目的:比较中医辨证护理联合西医常规护理与单独西医常规护理对股骨头坏死患者行髋关节置换术后的临床疗效的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法选取我科于2016年1月~2017年4月收治的120例行关节置换术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组在西医常规护理模式下结合中医辨证护理模式,对照组患者给予西医常规护理干预方式,评估患者术后Harris髋关节评分、术后并发症和护理满意程度等。结果:与西医常规护理组相比,结合中医辨证护理组的患者Harris髋关节评分和护理满意率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:髋关节置换术后护理中运用中西医结合辨证施护,可加速髋关节修复、减少并发症,提高患者满意度,值得临床应用与推广。Objective： To compare the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with western medicine routine nursing and routine western medicine nursing on total hip arthroplasty in patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods： 120 cases were randomly selected in our department from January 2016 to April 2017 of joint replacement patients as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group with 60 cases in each group,the treatment group with TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing mode in routine nursing mode,the control of routine nursing intervention group were treated with western medicine way evaluation of patients,postoperative Harris hip score,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction. Results： Compared with the routine care group of western medicine,the scores of Harris hip and the satisfaction rate of nursing were significantly higher than that of the controlled group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the controlled group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the nursing of hip replacement can accelerate hip repair,reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
