辨证施护合疮疡膏换药在压疮防治中价值的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究辨证施护及疮疡膏在压疮防治中的价值。方法:按标准纳入武汉市中医医院门诊和住院患者中压疮患者56例,随机分为治疗组(A组)28例:辨证施护+疮疡膏外敷;对照组(B组)28例:辨证施护+龙珠软膏外敷。每24小时换1次,连续治疗,第7、14天,检测记录相关指标(创面缩小值、创面愈合时间、患者换药时疼痛积分),统计分析。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,A组、B组总有效率分别为:85.71%,53.57%,P<0.05,具有显著差异;两组创面缩小率0.71±0.19、0.45±0.02;两组痊愈时间分别为8.35±1.35天,13.24±1.03天,P<0.05,具有显著差异。治疗前A、B组疼痛积分分别为:6.34±0.96、6.72±0.53,经比较,P>0.05,有可比性。治疗后疼痛积分A、B组疼痛积分分别为:1.52±0.36,3.51±0.25,P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论:辨证施护及疮疡膏能显著提高压疮治疗的临床疗效、提高创面缩小率、减少痊愈时间、减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广。Objective： Studying on the value of dialectical nursing and sore plaster in prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods： According to the standard of clinic in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospital inpatient patients included 56 patients,were randomly divided into treatment group（ A group） with 28 cases： dialectical nursing adding Sore Plaster; controlled group（ B group） with 28 cases： dialectical nursing adding Pearl Ointment. 1 times every 24 hours,continuous treatment,seventh,fourteenth days,the relevant indicators recorded（ wound reduction value,wound healing time,patient change pain points）,statistical analysis. Results： The clinical efficacy of the two groups,A group,B group,the total effective rate was 85. 71%,53. 57%,P0. 05,with significant difference; two groups were 0. 71± 0. 19,reduced rate of 0. 45± 0. 02;the two groups of cure time were 8. 35±1. 35 days,13. 24±1. 03 days,P0. 05,with significant difference. Before treatment,the pain scores of the A and the B groups were 6. 34± 0. 96 and 6. 72± 0. 53,respectively. Compared with P 0. 05,the scores were comparable. Pain scores after treatment. After treatment,the scores of pain scores in the A and the B groups were 1. 52± 0. 36,3. 52±0. 25,P 0. 05,and there was significant difference. Conclusion： Dialectical nursing and Sore Plaster can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the treatment of bedsore wound minification,reduce recovery time,reduce the degree of pain,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
