摘　　要：脓毒症是一种常见的急危重症,临床治愈率偏低,死亡率颇高。脓毒症病机繁杂多变,虚实端倪舛化,辨治难扣纲絜。本文探析脓毒症的发生、发展及演变,从虚、毒、瘀、神统领机要,法遵证循,治从法拟。正气亏虚为其发生之基,热毒郁积为其发展之疠,瘀阻脉络为其病情之关,神明失昌为其转归之攸。治疗上,以扶正祛邪为主,兼施清热解毒,活血通络;注重养神调气,安和五脏,祛除百邪。纵观审因论治,体现了形气相关、形神一体的中医诊疗理念,具有一定的临床指导意义。Sepsis is a common acute critical disease. The rate of clinical cure is low and the mortality is very high. Sepsis pathogenesis is complicated and changeable,and contradictory clues,and difficult to reach the cores.This article analyses the occurrence,development and evolution of sepsis from Deficiency-poison-stasis-energy,following the rules. Its cause is positive Qi deficiency;stasis toxin promotes its development;stagnation of blood stasis is the key point of the disease;the lack of energy prevent it from bettering. For the treatment,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors comes the first,assisted with Qingre Jiedu,activating blood and dredging collaterals. At the same time,regulating Qi and repose should be paid attention to. Regulating the five internal organs（heart,liver,spleen,lungs and kidneys） and driving out evils are also important. Treating from the cause shows the concept of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine-body related to Qi,and body combined with energy,which has certain clinical guiding significance.
