“釜底抽薪”法治疗小儿烂乳蛾探析

摘　　要：烂乳蛾为儿科常见疾病,"中焦壅滞,脾胃蕴热,外邪引动伏火上攻咽喉"为本病发病的重要机制,临证时标本兼顾、分期论治,急性期以"导滞化热,釜底抽薪,兼以祛邪"为主,后期以"养阴益气、健脾助运"以善其后。本文主要总结了"釜底抽薪"法治疗小儿烂乳蛾的经验,并附验案一则,以期为中医治疗本病提供可借鉴临床资料。The acute suppurative tonsillitis is one of the common disease in pediatrics. We think that congesting middle Jiao,dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,and the laten fire attacking up syndrome which is motivated by exogenous evil are the crucial pathogenesis to suppurative tonsillitis. And our experience on it by resolving both symptoms and root causes,changing therapeutic on the basis of progress in disease,and using the way of removing stagnancy and heat evil,extracting the firewood from under the cauldron and eliminate evil in acute phrase,after manifestative stage of the disease,using ＂nourishing Yin and tonifying Qi,strengthening function of spleen and stomach＂. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the clinical experience on acute suppurative tonsillitis via a case,and hoping to provide clinical data on the acute suppurative tonsillitis for TCM treatment.
