基于“急则治标、缓则治本”的理论探讨肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎的治疗

摘　　要：肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎发病迅速、症状危急、病情凶险,且易与肛周脓肿混淆造成误诊误治。基于"急则治标、缓则治本"的理论,以中西医结合为纲,分析总结本病的发病因素和症状,探讨其发病机制与治疗措施。Perianal necrotizing fasciitis progression is rapid,and symptoms are emergent and dangerous,which is easily confused with perianal abscess,resulting in misdiagnosis. Based on Chinese and Western medicine and symptomatic treatment in acute condition and radical treatment in chronic case theory,the pathogenesis of the disease and the treatment measures were analyzed.
