摘  要:介绍了丙酮丁醇梭菌选育的现状,主要包括丙酮丁醇菌快速筛选和改良方法。丁醇菌筛选方法主要为溴甲酚绿和美蓝褪色法、丁醇胁迫驯化和复合筛选法等。改良方法主要涉及物理诱变方法(紫外、室温等离子体、离子束注入等)、化学诱变方法、复合诱变法和基因工程法等。对比不同改良方法,复合诱变所得菌株性能更具优越性,是今后丁醇菌改良的应用趋势。基因工程法以高效表达、显著提高丁醇产量的特点占有一定优势,是现代及未来菌株改造的发展方向。This paper introduces the current situation of breeding strain of clostridium acetobutylicum,which contains mainly the rapid screening methods and the improvement methods of clostridium acetobutylicum. The main screening methods include bromocresol green-methylene blue decolorization method,butanol domestication method and composite screening method.The methods for improving the performance of strain mainly involve in physical mutagenesis methods( ultraviolet,atmospheric and room temperature plasma,ion beam implantation),chemical mutagenesis treatments method,genetic engineering method and compound mutation method. The strain obtained by compound mutation methods performs a higher bio-butanol production in comparison of other improving methods. Therefore,the compound mutation method is a trend for improving clostridium acetobutylicum. Additionally,the genetic engineering method has the advantage in high efficient expression and significantly improving butanol production,which is the developmental direction of strain improvement now and in the future.
