泡沫硬化剂与液态硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效对比的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析比较泡沫硬化剂与液态硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法搜索中英文数据库,包括万方、维普、中国知网、PubMed,Web of Science,Science Drirect Online和Cochrane Library。搜集关于泡沫硬化剂与液态硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效比较的随机对照试验的论文,并纳入Meta分析,对比二者的临床疗效。结果搜集了6个随机对照试验纳入Meta分析,总共包含546例患者。经过分析,实验组与对照组有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二者有效率对比的OR值为6.63(95%CI:4.47,9.85),实验组有效率优于对照组。而实验组与对照组并发症发生率对比,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效优于液态硬化剂。Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of polidocanol foam and liquid for primary lower limb varicose veins. Methods Chinese and English databases including Wanfang Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database, VIP Chinese Sci- ence and Technology Periodical Full-text Database （VIP） and CNKI, PubMed, Web of Science, Science Direct Online and Coehrane Li- brary were searched by computer. Some randomized controlled clinical trials for comparing the efficacy of polidoeanol foam and liquid for primary lower limb varicose veins were collected for meta analysis. Results Six studies were searched, including 546 subjects for analysis. Through analysis, the effectiveness rate of the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The combined OR for the effectiveness rate was 6.63 （95% CI： 4.47, 9.85）. However, the complication rate of the treatment group yielded no evidence of obvious advantage over the control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion The clinical curative efficacy of polidocanol foam is better than that of liquid.
