基于中医传承辅助平台对张景岳《新方八阵》用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的：分析和挖掘张景岳《新方八阵》用药规律和组方特点。方法：应用中医传承辅助平台软件V2.5,构建新方八阵的方剂数据库,采用频次分析、关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法进行数据分析。结果：通过对186首方剂分析,涉及中药208味,使用频次≥10次的药物共21味,进而演化到3-4味的核心药物组合26个,形成新处方13个。结论：张景岳擅长应用熟地、当归和人参等药物,治疗上以温补思想为主,重视阴阳互济、气血互生。Objective： To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions of ZHANG Jingyue Xinfang Bazhen. Methods：The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform Software V2. 5 was used to build a prescription database of Chinese medicines for Xinfang Bazhen. The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to frequency statistics,association rules,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering. Results： Totally 186 prescriptions were selected,involving 208 Traditional Chinese Medicinal（ TCM） herbs and 21 TCM herbs with the use frequency≥10. Furthermore,26 core combinations and 13 new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion： ZHANG Jingyue is good at using Radix Rehmanniae,Ginseng and Angelica sinensis,etc. His academic thought is mainly based on tonifying deficiency,paying attention to the interdependence between Yin and Yang,Qi and blood.
