王九峰从脾胃辨治积聚探析

摘　　要：王九峰为乾隆嘉庆年间著名御医,从《王九峰医案》中研究积聚医案,从而得出王九峰从脾胃论治积聚六大法即脾胃虚弱者升阳健脾,脾阳不足者温阳健脾,水湿不运者健脾化湿,营阴不足者治以健脾养营,胃阳不足者治以宣补胃阳,胃阴亏虚者治以濡养胃阴,在此六法治疗中王九峰还具有其独特的治病及用药特点,其积聚的治疗方法为临床治疗积聚提供理论借鉴和指导,也丰富了积聚的治疗方法。WANG Jiufeng was the imperial physician in Qianlong Jiaqing years. From medical cases of accumulation in WANG Jiufeng’s Medical Case,we can conclude the six methods for treating accumulation from spleen and stomach. For patients who are spleen and stomach deficiency,the treatment is to ascend Yang and strengthen spleen; for those who are spleen Yang deficiency,the treatment is to warm Yang and strengthen spleen; for those who have dampness resistance,the treatment is to strengthen spleen to resolve the dampness; for those who are Yin deficiency,the treatment is to strengthen spleen and nourish Yin; for those woh have stomach Yang deficiency,the treatment is to tonify stomach Yang; for those who have stomach Yin deficiency,the treatment is to nourish stomach Yin. WANG Jiufeng’ s treatment methods also have its unique characteristics,not only providing the theoretical reference guidance but also enriching the treatment.
