摘 要:目的:基于中医医案知识服务与共享系统V1.1.92软件,探讨"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗恶性肿瘤癌因性疲乏的临床用药特点。方法:首先,成功筛选出2016年5月—2017年4月间在刘尚义教授门诊就诊的446例恶性肿瘤癌因性疲乏病例,并根据相应信息将其录入软件中;其次,对录入的癌因性疲乏医案从药用频次、关联规则等方面进行数据挖掘与分析;最后,将以上得出的结果进行进一步分析讨论,从而探讨刘尚义教授治疗癌因性疲乏用药特点。结果:录入的446则医案数据分析显示,用药频次前8位从高到低依次为:莪术431次、鳖甲430次、冬凌草393次、猫抓草288次、石斛282次、玉竹281次、黄精260次、肉苁蓉205次。药对出现频次由高到低前四位的分别是"鳖甲、莪术""冬凌草、猫抓草""玉竹、石斛""黄精、肉苁蓉"。结论:通过挖掘刘尚义教授治疗癌因性疲乏的常用药物或药物组合,从而总结出国家级名老中医刘尚义教授治疗癌因性疲乏的新思路。Objective: By using the traditional Chinese medical knowledge service and sharing system software V1. 1. 92 offered by China Medicine Academy of sciences,to mine out and analyze the case of cancer related fatigue and explore clinical medication characteristics in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of Professor LIU Shangyi,a master of Chinese medicine. Methods:Firstly,we successfully screened446 cases of cancer-related fatigue which came from LIU Shangyi’s clinic from May 2016 to April 2017. And then we input the data to the software according to the corresponding information. Secondly,we statistically analyzed the medicine of these cases. We used association rules Apriori algorithmand other types of unsupervised data mining methods. Last,the results would be further discussed to explore the therapeutic characteristics of Professor LIU Shangyi about the treatment of cancer-related fatigue. Results: Data analysis displayed that the frequency of medication from high to low was Curcuma zedoaria431 times,turle shell430 times,Rabdosiarubescens 393 times,Radix Ranunculi Ternati288 times,Dendrobium 282 times,polygonatumodoratum281 times,polygonatumkingianum260 times,Cistanche salsa205 times. Drug combination frequency from high to low was Turtle,zedoary,Curcuma zedoaria,Rabdosiarubescens,Radix Ranunculi Ternati,Dendrobium,polygonatumodoratum,polygonatumkingianum and Cistanche salsa. Conclusion: It summed up the new ideas of Professor LIU Shangyi about his treatment of cancer-related fatigue through excavating his drugs or drug combinations.
