摘　　要：文章系统的总结了补肾健脾法治疗慢乙肝的理论依据。慢性乙型病毒性肝炎是由于感染乙型肝炎病毒引起的,以肝脏炎性病变为主并可引起多器官损伤的一种传染病。该文从中医基础理论中的藏象理论及五行生克制化关系出发,阐明慢乙肝发生的病因病机、病位及其临床表现与治疗,认识到慢乙肝主要为感受湿热疫毒之邪而致,病机为正虚邪恋,病位在肝脾肾三脏。以此来探索补肾健脾法治疗慢乙肝的理论渊源及科学证据,为临床治疗及用药提供依据,从而发挥中医药治疗慢乙肝的独到优势。The tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen Chinese theory treatment of chronic hepatitis B is summarized in this paper. Chronic hepatitis B is caused by hepatitis B virus infection. As an infectious disease,it can cause multiple organs damage and liver inflammatory is the most serious. This article,from the basic theory of Chinese medicine viseralmanifestation theroyand the five elementsrelationship,explained the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B and expounded the clinical manifestations and treatment. It recognized the main reason for thechronic hepatitis B is the evil ofdampness-heat and the pathogenesis is the vital Qi deficiency and evil excess. The location is in the liver,spleen and kidney. It explored the theory of tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen to treat chronic hepatitis B,providing the evidence for the clinical treatment and medication so as to play a unique advantage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
