摘 要:目的:通过观察小半夏汤对化疗致胃肠道黏膜炎模型大鼠胃、回肠组织形态学的改变及其对抗氧化应激标志物的影响,探讨小半夏汤防治化疗致胃肠道黏膜炎的作用机制。方法:将112只Wistar大鼠随机分为7组,采用顺铂建立胃肠道黏膜炎模型,动物分别于24 h和72 h两个时间点取材、处死,HE染色观察胃和回肠组织病理学改变,检测血清中ROS含量,以及SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结果:小半夏汤各剂量治疗组可以改善化疗大鼠胃肠道黏膜损伤,与模型组比较,小半夏汤各剂量治疗组可以使化疗大鼠ROS含量明显降低(P〈0.05),SOD和GSH-Px活性明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论:小半夏汤可以改善大鼠化疗致胃肠道黏膜损伤,可能与其抗氧化应激作用有关,具体机制还需进一步阐明。Objective: To observe effects of Xiaobanxia Decoction on cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal mucositis rats and its oxidative stress and explore the mechanism of its treatment and prevention. Methods: Totally 112 rats were randomly selected as 7 groups. At 24 h and 72 h after model establishment,the rats were sacrificed and the blood,antrum and ileum of all rats were extracted. Pathological histology of tissue was observed with HE staining and serum ROS,SOD and GSH-Px were checked. Results: Xiaobanxia Decoction can abate the pathological changes of autrum and ileum tissues of the model. Compared with the model group,serum ROS was reduced and SOD and GSH-Px activities were increased to varying degrees in each treatment group. Conclusion:The conventional dosage of Xiaobanxia Decoction can attenuate cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal mucositis. It might be related to the inhibitory effect on oxidative stress and some questions need further discussion.
