摘 要:以某复杂截面空心铝型材为研究对象,利用数值模拟获得挤压过程中金属的流动变形机理,根据模拟结果,提出在焊合室中增设阻流块并调整其结构尺寸和焊合室结构尺寸的改进方案。经过多次改进模具结构后,型材出口处金属流速均匀,数值模拟与试模试验结果吻合,模拟结果为模具结构的改进设计提供了指导。Taking a complex cross-section hollow aluminum profile as the research object, the flow deformation mechanism of the metal during extrusion was obtained by the numerical simulation technology. It modified the die structure by adding the baffle plate to welding chamber and adjusting structure size of the baffle plate and welding chamber according to the simulation result. After improving the die structure several times, the flow velocity of the metal at the exit of the profile was uniform. And the numerical simulation result was in agreement with the test result. It could provide guidance for the improvement of the die structure.
