两种不同全冠对2型糖尿病患者牙周组织的影响

摘　　要：目的观察CAD/CAM纯钛烤瓷冠和钴铬烤瓷冠对2型糖尿病患者牙周组织的影响。方法纳入2型糖尿病且需全冠修复的患者30例(患牙34颗),分为两组,分别采用CAD/CAM纯钛烤瓷冠和钴铬烤瓷冠修复。在修复前、修复后6个月、12个月测定两组基牙牙周菌斑指数、牙龈指数、出血指数及探诊深度。结果 (1)纯钛组修复后6、12个月时各牙周指数与修复前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);钴铬组冠修复后6、12个月时各牙周指数与修复前相比指标均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)纯钛组与钴铬组相比,在修复后6、12个月时两组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM纯钛烤瓷冠与钴铬烤瓷冠相比对2型糖尿病患牙的牙周组织影响较小,有利于糖尿病患者的牙周健康。Objective To investigate the impacts of CAD/CAM titanium ceramic crowns and Co-Cr alloy porcelain crowns on the periodontal statuses of the type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Thirty-four teeth with single crown of thirty type 2 diabetic patients were included in this study and were divided into two groups randomly for Co-Cr alloy porcelain crowns and CAD/CAM titanium ceramic crowns. Two weeks after ultrasonic supragingival scaling, CAD/CAM titanium ceramic crowns and Co-Cr alloy porcelain crowns were restored. Four indices,including plaque index,gingival index, bleeding index and probing depth were taken before the restoration and 6 months,12 months after the restoration. Results Compared to pre-restoration,the level of all the indices had no significant difference in the titanium ceramic crowns group after 6 or 12 months（P〉0.05） and all the indices of the Co-Cr alloy group increased significantly after 6 or 12 months（P 〈0.05）. Compared to the titanium ceramic crowns group, all the indices of the Co-Cr alloy group increased significantly in 6 or 12 months（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CAD/CAM titanium ceramic crowns has less impact on the periodontium than the Co-Cr alloy porcelain crowns in the type 2 diabetic patients.
