摘　　要：随着神经生物学和认知科学的迅速发展,人与机器之间呈现不断结合乃至融合的态势。如何更好地发展科学技术,使科技的发展始终保持将人作为目的的使命,迫使当下必须直面人机一体所带来的伦理困境,以及对于人机一体的演化所引发的权利保护问题。With the rapid development of neurobiology and cognitive science, there has been a continuous combination and even an integration of the people and machines. The issue of how to better develop science and technology and keep scientific and technological progress always oriented toward the people has helped to expose the ethical dilemmas brought about by the man- machine integration and the problem on protection of the rights arising from the evolution of man-machine integration.
