摘　　要：目的:总结美军在提高腹部伤救治效果的成功经验,探讨在我军野战医院应用腹腔镜的可行性。方法:采用文献分析法分析腹部伤在以往战争中的发生情况,总结外军提高腹部伤救治效果方面的经验及我军在腹部伤救治方面的难题,并进一步分析在我军野战医院使用腹腔镜技术的可行性。结果:外军在腹部伤救治中的成功经验主要包括CT等大型检查设备齐全、手术梯队接近战现场、后送迅速等,我军在腹部伤救治方面存在的困难主要包括CT等大型辅助检查设备匮乏,后送时效性不强。结论:腹腔镜技术创伤小、安全、直观,将诊断与治疗结合在一起提供早期诊断、早期治疗,在战术层面和合理利用卫勤资源方面有较大优势,适用于我军野战医疗所编配以提高救治时效性。Objective：To summarize the successful experience in foreign army to improve the treatment of abdominal injury,and to discuss the feasibility of applying laparoscopy in the field hospital in Chinese army.Methods：The abdominal injury in previous wars were analyzed by literature analysis method,the experience and difficulty in abdominal injury treatment were summarized,and the feasibility of applying laparoscopic technique in field hospital of Chinese army were analyzed.Results：The foreign experience in abdominal injury treatment mainly includes CT and other large equipment,close echelon to battle site,quick evacuation after surgery.The difficulty in our army mainly includes the lack of large auxiliary examination equipment such as CT,and late evacuation.Conclusion：Laparoscopic technique is little trauma,safe,intuitive,and combines diagnosis and treatment together to provide early diagnosis and early treatment,also has great advantages in tactical level and rational utilization of medical resources,thus is suitable for field hospital in Chinese army to improve treatment timely.
