摘 要:以废弃普通平板玻璃和外加氧化铝为原料,利用水热法成功合成了含有方沸石晶相与玻璃相的多孔复相材料。X射线衍射谱、氮气吸附孔径分布和扫描电镜测试结果表明,合成的方沸石结晶性能良好,并与多孔玻璃构成复相材料,孔径主要分布在10nm以下。以铜离子作为吸附模型离子,探究了该材料对其的吸附作用以及影响因素。结果表明:合成材料对水溶液中重金属离子的吸附为化学吸附过程,4h时达到吸附平衡,303K时最大吸附量为101.71mg/g。为防止吸附了重金属的合成材料对环境的二次污染,将共在高温下进行玻璃化封装,使吸附的重金属离了成为有色玻璃中的着色剂,得到了对环境无害且可再次利用的透明有色玻璃。A porous composite material containing analcime crystal and glass phases was synthesized by a hydrothermal method with waste ordinary flat glass and alumina. Based on the analysis by X-ray diffraction, pore size distribution measurement by nitrogen adsorption (BET) and scanning electron microscopy, the synthesized analcime has a perfect crystallinity and is composed of porous glass. The pore size with 〈10nm is mainly distributed. The adsorption of the material and the influencing factors were investigated when copper ions were used as adsorptive ions. The results show that the adsorption of heavy metal ions in aqueous solution belongs to a chemisorption process, and the adsorption equilibrium occurs at 4 h, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 101.71 mg/g at 303 K. The heavy metal-containing synthetic material is subjected to vitrification encapsulation at a high temperature to prevent the secondary pollution, so that the adsorbed heavy metal ions become colorants in colored glass that is harmless and reusable.
