摘  要:根据己内酰胺生产装置产生的废气废液特性,设计了一套废气废液焚烧系统,并进行了工业化试运行。DSM-HPO工艺生产己内酰胺产生的废气废液主要为羟胺反应器尾气、甲苯分离器不凝气和苯分离器不凝气、苯蒸馏塔残液等。设计的废气废液焚烧系统主要包括焚烧装置、废热锅炉、文丘里除尘器和烟囱。该焚烧系统焚烧废气废液,去除率高达99.99%,排放烟气指标达到GB 18484—2001《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》要求,经过6个月的工业化运行,运行良好,具有节能环保、安全稳定、可靠高效等特点。A gas and liquid waste incineration system was designed according to the characteristics of gas and liquid waste from caprolactam plant. The trial industrial operation of the system was performed. The gas and liquid waste from DSM-HPO-route caprolactam production comprises the tail gas from hydroxylamine reactor, non-condensable gas from toluene separator, non-condensable gas from benzene separator and residual liquid of benzene distillation column. The designed gas and liquid waste incineration system is mainly composed of an incinerator, a waste heat boiler, a Venturi deduster collector and a chimney. The incineration system could provide the gas and liquid waste removal rate of 99.99% and the exhausted flue gas index satisfying the GB18484-2001 Pollutants Control Standards for hazardous waste incineration. And the incineration system run very well during the 6-month industrial operation and was proved to be energy-saving, environmental friendly, safe and steady, reliable and efficient.
