摘　　要：目的:探讨老年女性非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)社区生活方式干预效果。方法:将186例老年女性NAFLD病人随机分为观察组(89例)与对照组(87例),对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上根据综合评估结果实施个性化生活方式干预,1年后进行疗效评价。结果:(1)干预前两组相关指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组体质指数、肝功能、血脂、脂肪肝程度等指标比干预前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。(2)对照组TG、LDL及AST指标比干预前有明显改善(P<0.01)。(3)干预后脂肪肝转为正常者观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组中、重度脂肪肝比治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:社区生活方式干预有助于改善与NAFLD相关的实验室指标,减轻病人脂肪肝程度,提示社区生活方式干预对老年女性NAFLD具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of the intervention of community lifestyle on elderly women with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods Totally 186 elderly women with NAFLD were randomly assigned into observation group（n=89）and control group（n=87）.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given personalized lifestyle intervention based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation.Efficacy was evaluated 1 year after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention（P〉0.05）.After the intervention,the relevant indicators（body mass index,liver function,blood lipids,fatty liver）in the observation group were significantly improved（P〈0.01）.TG,LDL and AST in the control group were significantly improved after the intervention（P〈0.01）.In the observation group,the number of patients with fatty liver converted to normal was significantly more than that in the control group after the intervention（P〈0.01）.And the patients with moderate and severe fatty liver in both groups were significantly improved compared with before（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Community life style intervention can effectively improve the laboratory indexes related to NAFLD,reduce the degree of fatty liver in patients,which suggested that the community life style intervention has the therapeutic significance to the elderly women with NAFLD.
