欧盟照明电器相关法规发展趋势分析

摘　　要：欧盟作为我国照明电器的主要出口市场之一,近年来频繁制修订了多项有关产品使用和安全要求的法规,对我国照明电器产品的出口造成了障碍。本文从欧盟法规制修订过程和WTO/TBT通报发布现状的角度,对欧盟照明电器相关法规的总体发展情况和LVD指令、EMC指令、Ro HS指令、WEEE指令、Er P指令等具体指令的发展趋势进行分析,旨在帮助出口企业了解欧盟照明电器法规未来发展的可能性,帮助企业提早做好应对的准备工作。As one of the major export markets of China＇s lighting industry, the EU has revised many regulations on product usage and safety requirements in recent years, which has caused obstacles to the export of Chinese lighting appliances. From the revision process of EU regulations and the status quo of WTO/TBT bulletin, this paper analyzes the overall development of the relevant regulations of EU lighting appliances, and the development trends of specific instructions such as LVD directive, EMC directive, RollS directive, WEEE directive and ErP directive, aiming to help the export enterprises to understand the possibility of the future development of the EU lighting regulations and prepare for them early.
