摘　　要：古希腊工匠精神突出对知识的崇尚和对技艺目的善的追求,诠释了一种为技艺/产品的完美极致而工作的职业观;强调技艺活动过程遵循自然法则,对"物—我"关系有着特殊的理解,阐述了一种做好工作与幸福生活相关联的伦理观。古希腊工匠精神对工匠与技艺、技艺与幸福等关系提出了独到的见解,这里面的一些理念为当代人所缺失,可为当代工匠精神的理论构建提供诸多思考维度。The spirit of craftsmanship in Ancient Greece stresses respecting knowledge and pursuing good ends about craft, which explain a professional ideology of achieving a perfect workmanship/product.It emphasizes that craft activities follow the law of nature and express their understanding of the relationship between ＂ things and human＂ which explain the relevance between well-done and well-being.The Ancient Greek craftsman spirit refers to the relationships between craftsmen and their craft, craft and well-being, which is unique.Contemporary people lack some of the ideas so people should learn from the spirit to construct the present spirit of the craftsmanship.
