摘　　要：踝关节外侧副韧带损伤是踝关节扭伤中的最为常见的损伤方式,其带来的长时间疼痛和反复损伤极大降低了患者的生活质量。姜劲挺教授以"中医明道,西医优术"为宗旨,在中医五体辨证理论指导下,将传统手法治疗踝关节外侧副带扭伤进行改良,将体外冲击波治疗与中医手法正骨理筋相结合,创冲击波经络击打法治疗踝关节外侧副韧带损伤,为临床治疗本病提供新的思路。Injury of lateral collateral ligament at ankle is the most common form of injury in ankle sprains,leading to prolonged pain and repeated injuries which greatly reduce the quality of life of patients. Aiming at＂ Chinese medicine illuminates theories,western medicine excels at practical strategies＂,Professor JIANG Jinting improved the traditional method for injury of lateral collateral ligament at ankle under the guidance of Chinese medicine five body syndrome differentiation theory,combined extracorporeal shock wave treatment with Chinese medicine skills of setting bones and restoring tendon,and created the treatment of shock wave hitting meridian method for injury of lateral collateral ligament at ankle,which provides a new way of thinking for this disease.
