摘　　要：总结急性腰扭伤的中医临床外治现状,筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收录的急性腰扭伤外用治疗方剂,基于中医传承辅助平台进行处方用药规律分析,为中医药治疗运动性损伤提供参考。Current state of TCM clinical external treatment for acute lumbar muscle sprain was reviewed, the external prescriptions for acute lumbar muscle sprain collected in CNKI were screened, and the administration rules of the prescriptions were analyzed based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（TCMISS） to provide the reference for TCM in treating sports injury.
