摘　　要：目的:调查压疮风险患者主要照顾者压疮相关知识的掌握情况和行为现状。方法:采取问卷调查方法对兰州市9家三甲医院194名压疮风险患者主要照顾者进行调查。问卷包括认知和行为2部分内容,认知内容涉及压疮相关知识、易感性和严重性3个维度,相关知识赋分0~1分,易感性和严重性赋分1~5分,总分63分;行为内容涉及翻身行为、皮肤护理、营养支持3个维度,赋分0~3分,总分57分。得分越高,压疮认知程度越高,照顾行为越好。结果:照顾者压疮相关知识平均得分(21.25±3.59)分,易感性得分(6.81±1.24)分,严重性得分(18.82±2.21)分,压疮相关行为得分(37.98±5.58)分。影响照顾者照顾行为的主要因素为年龄和压疮相关知识。结论:照顾者对压疮的易感性、严重性认识不足,压疮预防行为中尤以翻身行为最差。Objective： To investigate current state of main minders′ pressure sore related knowledge and behaviors for the patients at the risk of pressure sore. Methods： All 194 main minders for the patients at high risk of pressure sore from nine grade-three hospitals of Lan Zhou were surveyed by using questionnaires. The questionnaire contained cognition and behaviors, the cognition involved pressure sore related knowledge, susceptibility and severity, therelated knowledge 0～1 point, susceptibility and severity1～5 points, total scores 63 points; behaviors included three dimensions： turning over, skin care and nutritional support, 0～3 points, total scores 57 points. The higher the scores were, the higher cognitive degrees to pressure sore were, the better attendant behaviors were.Results： Average scores of the minders′ pressure sore related knowledge were（21.25 ±3.59） points, the scores of susceptibility were（6.81±1.24） points and severity（18.82±2.21） points, pressure sore related behavioral scores（37.98 ±5.58） points. The main factors of affecting the minders′ attendant behavior were age and pressure sore-related knowledge. Conclusion： The minder is short of the understanding to the susceptibility and severity of pressure sore, pressure sore prevention behavior, especially the turning over the poorest.
