家属协同护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自护能力的影响及预后改善情况分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨家属协同护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病对患者自护能力和预后效果的改善情况。方法:将142例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各71例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予家属协同护理,对比2组护理前后自护能力评分、生活质量评分及预后。结果:自护能力评分护理后2、4个月观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分护理后观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各肺功能指标护理后4个月观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属协同护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病可明显提高患者自护能力,改善生活质量,促进患者肺功能恢复,改善预后。Objective： To explore the effects of relative collaborative care model on the improvement of self-care ability and prognosis of COPD patient. Methods： All 142 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 71 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care, and the observation group relative collaborative care model, the prognostic effects, the scores of life quality, the scores of self-care ability of both groups were compared between both groups before and after the nursing. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of self-care ability in two and four months after the nursing, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈 0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of life quality after the nursing, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group in different indexes of pulmonary function in four months after the nursing, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Relative collaborative care model applied to COPD could notably raise self-care ability, improve life quality, promote the recovery of pulmonary function of the patients and improve the prognosis.
