心理干预联合常规护理对创伤骨科患者功能锻炼依从性及疼痛的影响  

Effects of Psychological Intervention Combined with Usual Care on the Pain and the Compliance of Functional Exercise of the Patients with Bone Trauma

摘　　要：目的:观察心理干预联合常规护理对创伤骨科患者功能锻炼依从性和疼痛的影响。方法:将100例患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予心理干预。比较2组患者锻炼依从性、疼痛评分、住院时间及愈合时间。结果:总依从率观察组为92.00%,对照组为82.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛评分干预前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院时间、愈合时间2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预联合常规护理可提高创伤骨科患者功能锻炼依从性,减轻疼痛程度,缩短住院时间及愈合时间。Objective： To observe the effects of psychological intervention combined with usual care on the pain and the compliance of functional exercise of the patients with bone trauma. Methods： One hundred patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order. The control group accepted usual care, and the observation group psychological intervention based on the care. Healing time,hospitalization time, pain scales, exercise compliance were compared between both groups. Results： Total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.00%, higher than 82.00% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P 〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05） when pain scores were compared within two groups between before and after the intervention; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention（P 〈0.05）. There was the statistical difference in the comparisons of healing time and hospitalization time between both groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention combined with usual care could raise the compliance of functional exercise of the patients with bone trauma. mitigate the pain, shorten healing time and hospitalization time.
