摘 要:目的:探讨心脉通胶囊(XMT)对麻醉Beagle犬部分血流动力学指标的影响。方法:30只Beagle犬随机分为5组,XMT低剂量(0.2 g/kg)、中剂量组(0.4 g/kg)、高剂量组(0.8 g/kg),以山绿茶降压胶囊(0.16 g/kg)为阳性对照组,以生理盐水组为阴性对照;各组动物手术分离十二指肠给药,比较给药前、给药30、45、60、90、120、150及180 min时Beagle犬的收缩压(SAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、舒张压(DAP)、心率(HR)、左室内压(LVSP)、左室作功指数(LVWI)、总耗氧指数(TTI)及总外周血管阻力(TPVR)。结果:与生理盐水组相比,XMT高、中剂量组部分时间点SAP、MAP、LVSP、TPVR显著降低(P<0.05,或P<0.01),部分时间点LVWI、TTI水平显著减少(P<0.05);高剂量组部分时间点DAP显著降低(P<0.05);但各组Beagle犬的HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:XMT对麻醉Beagle犬降低血压的同时,并不减少心脏供血,其机制可能与减少后负荷,扩张外周血管有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of Xinmaitong( XMT) capsule on hemodynamics in anesthetized Beagle dogs. Methods: 30 Anesthetized dogs were divided into five groups as follows:negative control group treated with normal saline,positive control group treated with 0. 16 g/kg Shanlvcha Jiangya capsule,and XMT low dose group( 0. 2 g/kg),XMT medium dose group( 0. 4 g/kg),XMT high dose group( 0. 8 g/kg),respectively. All dogs were adminstrated duodenal surgery and treatment. Observing SAP,MAP,DAP,HR,LVSP,LVWI,TTI and TPVR while treated at 30,45,60,90,120,150 and 180 min. Results: Comparing with saline group,certain time points in XMT hight and medium dose group showed significant lowering in SAP,MAP,LVSP,and TPVR indexes( P〈0. 05,or P〈0. 01); certain time points showed obvious reduce in LVWI and TTI levles( P〈0. 05); comparison of HR of all groups shoed no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Xinmaitong capsule has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure,while maintaining heart blood supply,which is related to the reducing afterload and the expansion of the peripheral blood vessels.
