摘　　要：目的:了解贵州省各级疾病预防控制机构(疾控机构)的职业病防治工作现状。方法:对2016年贵州省99家疾病预防控制机构的职业病防治工作进行问卷调查,分析各级疾控机构的科室设置、人员配置情况(专兼职、学科、职称、年龄、学历)、职业病防治工作相关项目开展情况以及仪器设备情况。结果:此次问卷合格率为100%,省级疾控机构设立有专门的职业病防治所,而市级和县(区)级疾控机构中多为相关科室兼顾承担职业病防治工作;各级疾控机构兼职人员占总职业卫生工作人员的54.4%,县级疾控机构的兼职人员比例远远大于市级;各级疾控机构工作人员的年龄构成主要以30~49岁为主(60.9%),县级机构50岁以下工作人员的构成比高于市级,市级疾控机构50岁以上工作人员的构成比高于县级(P<0.05);各级疾控机构主要为初级职称及以下工作人员(57.6%),市级疾控机构工作人员的中、高级职称比例高于县级(χ2=15.14,P<0.05);各级疾控机构职业卫生工作人员学历主要为专科及以下毕业生(57.5%),其次为本科毕业生(40.3%),县(区)级疾控机构专科及以下毕业生的比例高于市级,市级疾控机构的本科毕业生比例高于县(区)级(χ2=17.05,P<0.05);86家疾控机构中有64家疾控已开展重点职业病监测与职业健康风险评估项目,项目开展率为74.4%;设备齐全的疾控机构仅两家。结论:贵州省各级疾病预防控制机构在科室设置、人员和仪器设备的配置上存在较大差异,应重点提高县级疾病预防控制机构的职业病防治能力。Objective： To understand the current situation of occupational disease prevention and control in CDCs at all levels in Guizhou Province. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted on the occupational disease prevention and control of 99 CDCs in Guizhou province in 2016 and based on which,the department setting,staffing situation（ full time and part-time,subject,professional titles,age,and academic degree）,work related to occupational disease prevention and control projects and instrumenttation in CDCs at all levels were analyzed. Results： The validity of the questionnaire survey was 100%. Department setting and staff abilities in CDCs at provincial and municipal levels are superior to those in county levels,while the capacity of equipment building in CDCs at all levels is poor. Age,professional title and academic composition ratio in CDCs at all levels are of statistical significance.（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： There are significant differences in department setting,staffing,and instrumenttation in CDCs at all levels in Guizhou province,and prevention and control ability of occupational disease in CDCs at county level should be improved.
