绝经后妇女取器的临床应用新观察

摘　　要：目的探索宫内节育器取出新方法,减轻取器过程中给术者造成的痛苦,并提高手术操作质量,即效率和成功率。方法 2016年6月~2017年12月对来本站要求取出宫内节育器的绝经妇女240例分三组进行取器临床实践,A组是口服尼尔雌醇加宫颈扩张棒,在B超监视下取器;B组是口服尼尔雌醇加放置米索前列醇后取器;C组是口服尼尔雌醇后取器。结果 A组明显疼痛(指Ⅱ&Ⅲ级)10.0%、平均手术时间2.1 min、取器成功率达97.5%;B组明显疼痛30.0%、平均手术时间4.3 min、取器成功率达93.8%;C组明显疼痛68.8%、平均手术时间5.6 min、取器成功率达81.3%。结论本站使用口服尼尔雌醇加宫颈扩张棒,在B超监视下取器,具有创伤小、手术效率高、成功率高的临床效果,且不需要较大手术资源投入,门诊即可完成,值得基层计划生育技术服务单位推广。Objective Investigate to practise birth control a machine to take out a new method inside the temple,ease to take machine process in result in for Shu of pain and sufferings,and raise surgical operation operation quality,namely efficiency and success rate.Methods June,It be extremely divided 3 sets to carry on taking machine clinical fulfillment by women＇s 240 towards coming to this station to request to take out to practise birth control a machine in June,2016 to December,2017.the A set is to take orally female Chun of Ni Er to add a temple neck to extend stick and take a machine under the B super surveillance; The B set is to take orally female Chun ofNi Er to take a machine after adding place a rice before the Suo the row Chun The C set takes orally female Chun ofNi Er to take a machine behind.Results A set obvious ache（point Ⅱ＆Ⅲ class）10.0% and average surgical operation time 2.1 mins,take machine success rate to reach to 97.5%;B set obvious ache 30.0% and average surgical operation time 4.3 mins,take machine success rate to reach to 93.8%;C set obvious ache 68.8% and average surgical operation time 5.6 mins,take machine success rate to reach to 81.3%.Conclusion This station use takes orally female Chun of Ni Er to add a temple neck to extend stick and takes a machine under the B super surveillance and have wound small the clinical effect of surgical operation efficiency Gao,success rate Gao,and don＇t need bigger surgical operation resources to throw in,the out-patient service can immediately complete,worth grass-roots planned parenthood technique service unit expansion.
