摘 要:为解决常村煤矿+520水平轨道大巷S2—S3段处于向斜构造带下的巷道顶板大范围涌水问题,在对巷道涌水段顶板涌水原因分析的基础上,采用GRT-103型化学注浆材料注浆,加固和充填涌水段巷道顶板裂隙带,形成隔水帷幕,隔断上覆含水层与巷道顶板之间的渗流联系,堵水率高达100%,取得了良好的效果,对类似条件巷道地下水防治具有借鉴意义。In order to solve a large scale water inflow from a mine roadway roof of a S2—S3 section of+520 level track main roadway under the syncline structure zone in Changcun Mine,based on the analysis on the causes of the water inflow from the roof at the water inflow section of the mine roadway,a grouting with a GRT-103 mode chemical grout material was applied to reinforce and backfill the cracking zone in the roof at the water inflow section of the mine roadway.A water isolated curtain was formed and could isolate the seepage connection between the overburden aquifer and the mine roadway roof.The water sealing rate was highly reached at 100%and a good effect was obtained and could provide the references to the underground water prevention and control in the mine roadway with similar conditions.
