摘 要:为了补齐大坡度岩巷快速掘进短板,淮北矿业集团公司联合上海创立公司设备厂家,研发了适用于淮北矿区的大坡度岩巷综掘机;并选择袁店二矿7227风巷外段作为首台大坡度岩巷综掘机应用试验点,进行试用。通过实践摸索,初步形成了一套大坡度上山岩巷综掘快速施工管理模式,可为类似矿井大坡度岩巷快速掘进短板问题的解决提供借鉴。In order to make up a rapid heading shortage of a high gradient rock roadway,incombination with Shanghai Chuangli Group Company Limited,Huaibei Mining Group Corporation researched and developed a mechanized roadheader of a high gradient rock roadway suitable to Huaibei Mining Area.An external section of No.7227 ventilation roadway in Yuandian No.2 Mine was selected as the trial place of the first set of the mechanized roadheader in the high gradient rock roadway.With the practices and try,a set of a rapid construction management mode for the mechanized heading in the high gradient rock roadway was set up and could provide the references to solve the rapid heading shortage problems of the high gradient rock roadway in similar mines.
