摘  要:城市轨道交通盾构施工下穿建筑物过程中,采用定向钻孔与水平注浆相结合的地面长距离水平注浆技术,在建筑物下沿盾构轴线方向,对建筑物和盾构之间的软弱地层进行注浆加固,可防止和减少建筑物沉降,保证建筑物不遭受破坏。以广州市轨道交通14号线盾构下穿房屋建筑群注浆加固工程为对象,介绍了长距离水平注浆技术设计、施工及加固效果。实践证明,该项技术对地层加固及地面变形控制具有良好的效果。In a shield construction of an urban rail transit passed through above available buildings,a ground long distance horizontal grouting technology combined with a directional borehole and horizontal grouting was applied to the grouting reinforcement of the weak and soft strata between the above buildings and shields along the axial direction of the shield structure under the buildings.The reinforcement grouting could prevent and reduce the subsidence of the buildings and could ensure the buildings without failure.With the grouting reinforcement project of the shield in No.14 Metro Line of Guangzhou Metro System passed through the above building group as an object,the paper introduced the technical design,contraction and reinforcement effect of the long distance horizontal grouting.The practices showed that the technology applied to the strata reinforcement and the ground deformation control had a good effect.
