摘  要:采用10对SSR引物对采自山西省7个地区的49份旱柳古树材料进行分析,共扩增条带33条,多态性条带26条,多态性比率为78.79%.等位基因数、有效等位基因数、Nei's遗传多样性指数和Shannon多样性信息指数分别为1.787 9,1.332 3,0.205 9和0.324 2,这些古旱柳材料具有丰富的遗传多样性。利用POPGENE32软件计算各地区间的遗传距离变化范围为0.009 4~0.144 9.其中,太原和忻州两个地区古树间的遗传距离最小,为0.018 4;晋中和临汾两个地区间的最大,为0.144 9.同时对这49个古旱柳品种个体进行聚类分析,结果表明这些古树均来源于不同无性系,聚类结果呈现混杂性,与地区关联度低。49 ancient Salix matsudana from 7 regions of Shanxi province was analyzed with 10 pairs of SSR primers,26 of total 33 bands were polymorphics and percentage of polymorphic bands was 78.79%. These ancient Salix matsudana were rich in genetic diversity which allele number,effective allele number,Nei' s genetic diversity index,Shannon diversity information index were 1.787 9,1.332 3,0.205 9 and 0.324 2.The genetic distances were from 0.009 4 to 0.144 9 calculated by POPGENE 32 software. The genetic distance between Taiyuan and Xinzhou was closest( 0. 018 9),while the genetic distance Jinzhong and Linfen was farest( 0.144 9). The results of cluster analysis of these 49 individual plants showed that these ancient trees were derived from different clones,clustering results were confounding and the correlation degree with region was lower.
