摘 要:结构式团体沙盘游戏对大学生职业决策自我效能具有一定的影响。结构式团体沙盘辅导可以提高大学生的自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划、问题解决等职业决策自我效能。结构式沙盘游戏作为一种有效的团体辅导方式可以用于大学生职业规划等能力发展领域,具体操作时需要带领者具备心理学的知识和沙盘操作知识,积极营造安全、开放、积极探索的团体气氛。This paper explores the impact of structural group sandbox games on the self-efficacy of college students' career decision-making in order to improve their career planning ability. The group sandbox games guidance is carried out in the experimental group, while the waiting group does not intervene for the time. Structural sandbox counseling can improve college students' self-evaluation in collecting information, choosing goals, planning and solving problems, and improve their self-efficacy of career decision-making. As an effective way of group counseling, structural sandbox games can be applied to the field of career development such as college students. During the specific operation, leaders are required to have psychological knowledge and sand table operation knowledge, so as to create a group atmosphere that is safe, open and actively explored.
