信阳市脱贫攻坚特色产业模式研究

摘　　要：产业脱贫是脱贫攻坚工作的重要举措,也是实现"造血"式脱贫目标的根本途径。但是由于不同地区的经济基础、自然禀赋、人力资源等差异,导致不同地区的脱贫攻坚产业模式各有特色。首先,对信阳市贫困现状、成效和面临挑战进行分析、总结;其次,梳理致贫原因及解决问题的脱贫攻坚特色产业模式;再次,对脱贫攻坚特色产业模式存在的问题进行归纳,比如产业同质化、缺乏与业、农业、健康养生业的深度融合等问题;最后,针对这些问题提出了对策建议。Poverty alleviation of industry is an important measure to tackle poverty problem, also the fundamental way to realize the goal of hematopoietic poverty alleviation. However, due to the differences among economic base, natural endowment and human resources in different regions, the pattern of industrial of poverty alleviation has its own characteristics in different areas. The object of this paper is the pattern of characteristic industrial poverty alleviation in Xinyang city.First of all, the status, effects and challenges of poverty in Xinyang city were analyzed and summarized; secondly, the causes of poverty and the pattern of characteristic industry of poverty alleviation to solve the problems were analyzed; again, the problems of pattern of characteristic industry of poverty alleviation were summed up, such as the industrial homogenization,the lack of deeply integration between tourism and industry, agriculture, health; finally, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions to these problems.
