摘　　要：目的分析中医疗法治疗肿瘤伴发抑郁症疗效。方法对该院2016年10月-2017年10月治疗的114例肿瘤伴发抑郁症患者资料加以探究,根据治疗方案分成2组,对照组(57例)行常规心理治疗与西医疗法,实验组(57例)行心理疗法与中药治疗,同时比对2组治疗效果与生活质量。结果治疗后实验组HAMD积分(10.12±7.54)分比对照组更低(t=5.760 0,P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率96.49%与对照组77.19%相比显著更高(χ~2=9.2889,P<0.05);实验组社会功能(82.52±8.42)分等维度分值均比对对照组更高(t=12.953 7,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤伴发抑郁症行中医疗法治疗可取得显著疗效,有效改善抑郁症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the curative effect of TCM therapy in treatment of tumors with depression. Methods114 cases of patients with tumors and depression treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 57 cases in each according to different treatment plans, the control group used the routine mental therapy and western medicine therapy, while the experimental group used the mental therapy and TCM treatment, and the treatment effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the HAMD integral in the experimental group was（10.12±7.54）points, which was lower than that in the control group（t=5.760 0,P〈0.05）; the total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.49% vs 77.19%）（χ^2=9.288 9,P〈0.05）, and the social function in the experimental group was（82.52±8.42）points, which was higher than that in the control group（t=12.953 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of TCM therapy in treatment of tumors with depression is obvious, which can effectively improve the depression and improve the quality of life of patients.
