摘 要:以沂河矮塔斜拉桥工程为研究对象,阐述了自适应施工控制方法的运用.利用MIDAS/Civil软件建立沂河大桥的有限元分析模型;根据该桥的施工特点对施工过程进行仿真分析;对该桥进行了结构参数敏感性分析并得出主要参数;对主梁应力和变形、主塔应力和位移以及斜拉索索力进行了实时监控,并依据计算和实测结果对结构参数进行实时调整.实测主塔和主梁各测试断面的应力和变形满足监控要求,斜拉索索力监控值与计算值吻合较好.该施工控制方法的运用达到了施工监控的预期目标,为桥梁施工质量提供了可靠保证.With the Yihe extradosed cable-stayed bridge as the research project, the applica-tion of adaptive construction control method is illustrated in this paper. The finite element a-nalysis model for the Yihe bridge is established with the MIDAS/Civil software, and simula-tion analysis for the construction process has been done according to the characteristics of bridge construction. The Yihe bridge sensitive analysis of structural parameters is conduc-ted, and the main parameters of this bridge are found out. The stress and deformation of pri-mary beams, the stress and displacements of main tower and the cable tension forces are mo-nitored on site, and the structural control parameters of the bridge are adjusted constantly with an account of the error between calculation results and on-site monitoring results. It is shown that the stress and deformation of the main towers and primary beams are satisfied with the monitoring requirements, and the cable tension forces are in agreement with the cal-culated values. The expected goal of construction monitoring is achieved and the construction quality of the bridge is effectively ensured by the application of the construction control method.
