通心络胶囊治疗女性微血管性心绞痛患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析微血管性心绞痛女性患者采用通心络胶囊治疗的临床效果.方法 选择女性微血管性心绞痛患者122例,采取计算机随机分组方案,分为常规组与观察组,每组61例.两组患者均给予相同的基础治疗,包括抗血小板、调脂等,观察组在此基础上加用通心络胶囊口服治疗,治疗3个月后比较两组治疗效果.结果 观察组临床症状改善总有效率为93.44％,常规组为80.33％,两组差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.603,P=0.032）;观察组运动心电图改善总有效率为91.80％,常规组为75.41％,两组差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.552,P=0.048）.结论 对女性微血管性心绞痛患者采用通心络胶囊口服治疗的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,促进疾病的康复,值得实践推广.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of female patients with microvascular angina .Methods 122 female patients with microvascular angina pectoris were selected ,and they were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group ,61 cases in each group .On the basis of the two groups in the same treatment ,including antiplatelet ,lipid,the observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule orally , treatment for 3 months.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.44％,which of the conventional group was 80.33％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2 =4.603,P=4.603）.The total effective rate of exercise electrocardiogram （ ECG ） improvement in the observation group was 91.80％, which of the conventional group was 75.41％, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2 =4.552,P=0.048）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of female patients with microvascular angina pectoris has good clinical curative effect ,it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms ,promote disease recover ,which is worthy of popularizing .
