摘　　要：合同条件是保证(IPD)模式成功实施的重要手段。通过阐述关系型合同区别于交易型合同的特点及优势,基于AIA、Consensus DOCS和定制型(以IFOA为例)三类典型合同文本,对过渡型、多方型和SPE型3种IPD合同的管理和决策制定、成本控制、成本补偿与激励、风险分配与控制和争议处理等关键要素进行分析,归纳出不同IPD合同类型所蕴含的管理理念,以利于IPD参与方对合同的理解和选择,为IPD模式在中国的应用与发展提供借鉴与启示。The terms and conditions of contract is an important means for ensuring the success of Integrated Project Delivery（IPD）.By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of the relational contract in comparison to the transactional contract,the key factors including decision making,cost control,compensation and incentive,risk allocation and dispute resolution are analyzed based on three typical contract model（e.g.AIA,Consensus DOCS,and IFOA）.The essences reflected in different contract conditions are summarized,which can help IPD participants understand and select the contract and maximize the value of IPD implementation.
