摘 要:目的探讨TEST1自动血沉仪与魏氏法测定红细胞沉降率(ESR)的一致性及其参考值。方法空腹抽取226例健康成人静脉抗凝血标本(其中男性111例,女性115例),同时用TEST1自动血沉仪和经典魏氏法进行ESR测定。用秩和检验比较两法测定ESR的中位数,等级相关分析其相关性,并以非参数百分位数法计算TEST1自动血沉仪测定ESR的95%参考值。结果无论男性组还是女性组,TEST1测定的ESR均低于魏氏法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TEST1血沉仪与魏氏法测定的ESR呈线性正相关(r值分别为0.82和0.78,P<0.01)。TEST1自动血沉仪测定ESR的95%参考值分别为男性≤11.0 mm/h、女性≤15.0 mm/h。结论 TEST1自动血沉仪与魏氏法测定的ESR结果有偏差,自动血沉仪测定不宜直接套用魏氏法ESR参考值。Objective To discuss the correlation and reference interval of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)determined by TEST1 automatic analyzer and Westergren method.Methods Fast venous anticoagulant specimens were collected from 226 healthy volunteers(111 cases of male and 115 cases of female).ESR was determined by both TEST1 automatic analyzer and Westergren method.The paired observations of the two methods were statistically compared with each other by using Wilcoxon test and Spearman's rho rank correlation.The 95% reference interval was calculated by using a non-parametrical percentile method.Results The median of ESR determined by TEST1 was significant lower than that by Westergren method whether in male or female group,with the differences statistically significant(P〈0.01);however,there was a positive linear correlation between TEST1 analyzer and Westergren method(r = 0.82,r = 0.78,P〈0.01).The reference interval of ESR determined by TEST1 was ≤11.0 mm/h for male and ≤15.0 mm/h for female.Conclusion There is deviation on the ESR result between by TEST1 automatic analyzer and by Westergren method.Automatic analyzer should avoid using the reference interval of ESR determined by Westergren method.
