摘  要:烷基糖苷(APG)具有优良的抑制性、润滑性和环保性能,以不同烷基糖苷和改性产品为主剂的钻井液得以迅速发展。目前规模应用仅有甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液,但加量偏大,抑制和抗温性有待提高;乙基糖苷和丙基糖苷钻井液尚处于室内研究阶段。对糖苷分子结构中的醇羟基、甲氧基、糖环等改性,抑制性和抗温性能得以提升,较为成功的有醇羟基改性产品:阳离子烷基糖苷和聚醚胺基烷基糖苷,在钻井液中实现了低加量、强抑制的目标,在页岩等强水敏地层应用较多。将APG引入无机盐类钻井液,流变性和滤失量等得以改善,对泥岩、页岩和火山岩等水敏地层的稳定性增强。结合对烷基糖苷钻井液研究和现场应用综述,对今后烷基糖苷钻井液的研究工作提出了建议。Alkyl polyglucoside(APG)has good inhibition,lubricity and environment friendliness properties.The drilling fluids with different alkyl polyglucoside and its modified products as the main agents have been developed rapidly.Methyl glucoside drilling fluid is only used in large scale currently.However its addition is large when it is used,and its inhibition and heat resistance properties are to be improved.Ethyl polyglucoside and propyl polyglucoside drilling fluids are in the stage of laboratory research at the present time.Modification is to improve the inhibition and heat resistance properties of polyglucoside by modifying the alocholic hydroxtyl group,methoxyl group,and sugar ring,etc.in the molecular structure of polyglucoside,and a successful modified product is alocholic hydroxtyl group modified product among others.The addition is low and the inhibition is strong when cationic alkyl polyglucoside or polyether amine group alkyl polyglucoside is used in the drilling fluid,and cationic alkyl polyglucoside and polyether amine group alkyl polyglucoside drilling fluids are widely used in strongly water-sensitive formation like that of shale,etc.The rheological property and filter loss are improved,the stability of the water-sensitive formation like that of mudstone,shale and volcanic rock,etc.is enhanced when APG is introduced to inorganic salt drilling fluid.Some suggestions about the development of alkyl polyglucoside drilling fluids in the future are presented while taking the research and field application of alkyl polyglucoside drilling fluids into account.
