摘 要:双河油田三元复合驱采出液稳定性强,破乳困难。利用灰色关联分析考察了影响含油量的因素,影响顺序为:体系pH>Zeta电位>表面活性剂含量>聚丙烯酰胺含量。以灰色关联分析结果为依据,筛选和评价不同破乳体系对破乳除油效果的影响。结果表明,阳离子型季铵盐反相破乳剂/MgCl_2复配体系,对双河油田三元复合驱采出液具有良好的除油效果,破乳3 h,除油率达92.5%。The produced liquid obained with an ASP flooding system is highly stable of which the emulsion is difficult to be broken in Shuanghe Oilfield.Grey relational analysis method was used to study the factors that affect oil content with the sequence of the effects of the factors being identified as:pH value Zeta electric potential surfactant content polyacrylamide content.The effects of different emulsion breaking systems on emulsion breaking and deoiling were selected and evaluated based on the results of grey relational analysis.The results of analysis have shown the compound system of a cationic quaternary ammonium salt reverse emulsion breaker and MgCl2 has good deoiling effect for the produced liquid obtained with the ASP flooding system used in Shuanghe Oilfield with the deoiling percent being 92.5% when the time of emulsion breaking is 3 h.
