摘　　要：智能电表在汕头电网实现了全覆盖、全采集,为数字化电网奠定坚实基础。为使电费抄核收管理更集约、智能、高效,结合远程集中抄表全方位应用的新形势,对供电企业电费抄核收工作进行分析,提出了电费抄核收工作质量优化的可行性措施及策略。汕头供电局的创新电费抄核收业务模式,推动营销技术应用电子化,实现电费抄核收全过程集约化运作,实施成效显著。In order to make the electricity bill reading check charge management more intensive,intelligent and efficient,this article mainly combines the new situation of all-round remote centralized meter reading,analyses the power company electricity bill reading check charge work,puts forward the feasible measures and tactics to optimize the work quality of electric bill reading check charge.The innovative business mode of reading-check-charge of Shantou Electric Power Bureau promote the realization of marketing technology application electronic,methods and experiences for intensive operation reading check charge entire process of electricity fees.
